QUESTION: How do I
add Custom Holes that my friend makes into my game? |

ANSWER:
To Add Custom Holes
your friend made, follow these instructions: |
| 1) Open Your Minigolf.cfg File in
Notepad |
| 2) Look for [Custom] |
|
3) There You will see:
0name=name
current=0 |
| 3a) Now If You have made your own
holes, go down to the end to your last hole, and look at the
Xname=name and current=X (X being the number), now to add your
friends holes: |
|
4) After your last
custom hole if you have any, Change your friend's Xname=Name
and Current=X line to be the next number on your page, so if you
have 8 Holes there, then your friend's hole should be 9name=name
and Current=9 and keep going up a number for each new hole you
add. |

5) Save the
minigolf.cfg file, and they should appear in the customs hole
list under all the preloaded holes (the ones with a * in front
of the name).

QUESTION: Installing
the latest Mod 1.0.X / The minigolf.exe on my desktop wont Work
after installing the mod |

ANSWER: |
| 1) Make sure you put the
unzipped folder into your MGM Folder |
| 2) Then Right Click on the
minigolf.exe in your MGM Folder and go to create shortcut. |
| 3) On the Shortcut you just made,
right click on it, go to PROPERTIES, and Shortcut, and go to the
target line |
| 4) Add -mod mmod-1.0.X to the end of
the target line after the quote marks:
ie) "C:\MGM\MINIGOLF.EXE" -mod
modfoldersname
Making Sure that the quotes are set
around the area as seen here. And ok out back to the MGM Folder. |
| 5) If done correctly, the MGM SHORTCUT
should work and show "Minigolf Maniacs Mod Version 1.0.X" on the
bottom right of the game. If It still says Copyright.... in that
corner, it is still not finding the mod folder. |

QUESTION:
I Installed the Mod Correctly, but I
Cant Play Offline, Why? |

ANSWER:
Make sure you are
running Mod Version 1.0.8. There are some offline glitch issues,
but thats what happens when we couldn't complete the game as we
wanted. |

QUESTION: WHERE ARE
THE ONLINE SERVERS? |

ANSWER:
The main server is down,
but you can find us on our temp servers by going to:
mgmaster.mine.nu:8701
Enter That addresses by
clicking the spinning golf ball on the upper left part of the
screen when your on the Online Server Selection Menu |

QUESTION: WHAT CAN I
DO WHEN IM IN A GAME ONLINE? |

ANSWER:
Once your in a game
Online, you can of course chat, by just typing at anytime, But
say you miss what a friend told you? well don't worry, just hit
F1 on your keyboard to see the chat log from your game.
You Can Also Hit the
F2 Key to see people who are currently in the server and
their status (In Game or In Lobby) |

QUESTION: HOW DO I
KNOW ONLINE PLAY IS WORKING? |
|
ANSWER:
First Off, You Must Make
sure you are running the latest Mod (108) and the mod update
that was just released. If it was installed correctly, when you
go into an online server it will say V1.0.8 next to your name.
If that is not there, the mods were not installed correctly, and
try to reinstall the mod until it does. You can only play ppl
who have the same version tag as you, so if you dont see a
version tag next to your online name, you cant play with anyone
who does, and anyone with a version tag, can only play with
people of the same version number. We encourage you to install
108 to make sure you can play with any others
online. If you need help getting the mod installed so you can
play online and the mod number match everyone else's, please

The Online Server List is Available on the
Main Page. If Neither Appear, they are either offline, or you
need to open ports 8700-8702 in your router to make them appear
to you. |
